To secure your reservation, a deposit payment is required. Your booking becomes officially confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from our team.
The remaining balance is generally paid on the first day of the tour unless another arrangement has been agreed upon in advance.

50% of the deposit will be refunded.
The deposit becomes non-refundable due to accommodations, transportation, desert camps, and local services already reserved on your behalf.
If a guest does not arrive on the agreed tour date without prior notice, the reservation will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.
We always try to remain flexible whenever possible. If you wish to modify your travel dates or itinerary, our team will do its best to assist you depending on availability.

Tour of Marrakech is not responsible for additional personal expenses such as flights, travel insurance, hotel bookings made independently, or other third-party costs.
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip against unexpected situations such as cancellations, medical emergencies, delays, or travel interruptions.
Approved refunds are usually processed within 7 to 14 business days using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
